Off-Site Virtual Instruction Request Form

Off-Site Virtual Instruction Request Form Due October 16
Posted on 10/07/2020

The Off-Site Virtual Instruction Form was adopted by our school board on September 1, 2020. The form’s intent is to ensure that parents recognize that they can choose to opt-out of face-to-face instruction, and that they acknowledge the requirements that need to be met as their student participates in virtual learning.

Students pursuing offsite educational instruction will still be subject to district policies regarding grading, promotion, discipline, attendance and other areas.

The deadline for submitting this document is October 16. You can download a digital version of the form below, or obtain a hard copy of the form at the Colleton County School District Office (500 Forest Circle, Walterboro) or at your child’s school.
