Technology Repair Procedures

Investigate the problem. Is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Is the network cable connected? If you have checked for the obvious problems and still have a problem you will need to submit a Technology repair request through IT Direct. You can do this from any computer.

Below are the steps you will need to follow to submit a technology repair request.

  • Access IT Direct from the district website.
  • Login to IT Direct using your district email address
  • Click on the IT Request tab
  • Enter information about your technology issue
  • Type in the submittal password and press Submit.
  • Include as much information as possible about the problem.

Please include only ONE problem per work request as we may need to send different technicians depending upon the work needing to be addressed.

Repair request should NOT be emailed, "epopped" or called in directly to any individual at The Technology Center.

DO NOT send in a second request for the same problem. We will respond to your repair request as quickly as possible.

Computers that need to be repaired may be delivered to the Technology Center.  A completed Computer Work Request form should be attached to the computer.

Work request will only be accepted through IT Direct.  NO Phone calls please! (If you have a true emergency, you may follow-up your work request with a phone call to alert us of your emergency).
